Whole and Half Animals

Beef - $4.00/ per pound which includes the processing, cutting and wrapping of your cuts of choice. (Average 350-375 lbs half & 700-750 lbs whole)

Pork - $3.00/ per pound which includes the processing, cutting and wrapping of your cuts of choice.  Smoking is an addiontional fee.  Pigs can range in size from suckling and roasters to freezer.  Roasters average weight is 150 lb and freezer pigs tend to be 350 lb or less.
