Place your order
Tell us whether you want a half cow, a whole cow, or something custom. Chad replies within a couple business days to confirm.
Pick it up in Cardington
Your beef is processed and packaged at Hoffman's Meats in Cardington, OH. We'll let you know exactly when it's ready.
Enjoy the difference
$250 deposit reserves your order. Once Chad has the hanging weight from the butcher, the remaining balance is due before pickup. Pay Hoffman's directly for processing when you collect your beef.
